🌄 1. What should I bring on a tour?
Bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, a hat, water bottle, insect repellent, and your curiosity! We’ll inform you of anything specific depending on the tour.
☀️ 2. Is it safe for children and elderly people?
Absolutely. Many of our tours are designed for all age groups. We also offer a special Junior Jungle Camp for kids and slower-paced options for seniors.
🐯 3. Will we see wild animals?
Wildlife is unpredictable, but our tours are designed to maximize your chances of spotting birds, deer, and sometimes even elusive animals. However, we never guarantee sightings — that’s part of the magic!
🧭 4. How do I confirm my booking?
Once you fill out the Booking Form, we’ll contact you with availability and payment details. Upon confirmation, your spot is secured.
⏳ 5. Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?
Yes! Cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the tour for a full refund. Rescheduling is free and flexible — just let us know in advance.
🚗 6. Do you provide transport to the tour location?
Transportation is available for selected tours at an additional cost. Details will be shared during booking.
🍲 7. Are meals included?
Yes, most full-day and overnight packages include simple, local meals. We can also cater to dietary requests if informed in advance.
🌧️ 8. What if it rains?
Nature doesn’t stop — and neither do we! Unless the weather is dangerous, the tour will go on. We provide rain gear if needed.
📸 9. Can I bring a camera or drone?
Cameras are highly encouraged! However, drones are only allowed in areas where permitted by local forest authorities.
